What is a Smart Email?
A Smart Email is an AI-generated email based on the content of a user’s note. This reduces customer follow-up time and is a great way to document your most recent customer interaction.
How to Create a Smart Email
- Start by composing your note in an Info Card and saving the information.
- Once saved, click Create Smart Email so that your email populates:
- A popup will appear with your auto-generated email. Click Copy.
