During your introductory meeting with your new Customer Success Manager (CSM), your CSM will ask a number of questions to help us tailor a success plan to your organization’s needs. To prepare for this conversation, give the following topics some thought and discussion among your team.  There are no wrong answers!  

  • Do you feel fairly knowledgeable about the involve.ai product? What outcomes are you hoping to achieve?
  • What data sources do you want to pull in? Do you have an understanding of the data mapping process?
  • What teams or departments will you want trained in the use of involve.ai? If you are piloting, which users will you want in the platform as part of the pilot?   
  • Do you have any anticipated timeline or milestones
  • Are there features or services that involve.ai currently lacks that you are hoping to see in the roadmap?
  • What do we need to know about your business to help you succeed? For example, how do you segment customers, define the customer lifecycle, or what other platforms do your teams use?
