Machine learning models will automate customer health scores, predict churn, and provide our customer-facing teams with data-driven suggestions for action.

As you may know, we are in the process of setting up a new Customer Intelligence platform called involve.ai. Customer Intelligence is the use of data to create 360 degree visibility into customer health. Involve.ai will help us accomplish this by unifying our sources of customer data such as (list sources) and applying machine learning to automate health scores and recommend actions to our (end users).
We need your help! We will invite your team into the platform in two weeks on [est’d launch date]. I will be reaching out to your teams in the coming weeks to share details about the platform, light training and enablement in preparation for use, and to hold dates for more in-depth training and enablement.
