What is it and why is it important?

Filling out the attached document will ensure that involve.ai’s Data Science Consultants understand your data. It defines many of the commonly used fields that will ultimately populate your dashboard.

Three important things to know:

• We require a minimum of four data sections completed: Customer Information, Communication, Product Usage, Support/Satisfaction/Revenue.
• This document is an outline - you can change and add fields.
• involve.ai cannot move forward with building your dashboard until this document is completed.
