As your organization transforms its Customer Intelligence capabilities, our Customer Success team will maintain bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, Success Plan Reviews, and twice-yearly Value Reviews. You will be able to attribute things like churn or upsell to specific actions and provide leadership to this growing community of Customer Intelligence enthusiasts.
