The Customer Intelligence Community, or City, provides the resources involve.ai customers need to succeed. Whether you are an administrator, data lead, or daily user of the involve.ai platform - or simply someone interested in Customer Intelligence - take the following steps to get started.
Create an account
You need to be logged into the CI.ty in order to take action like posting, commenting, liking, and to see Product Roadmap content or submit ideas or help tickets. To register…

- Select Login in the upper right corner, then Create an account.
- Enter your business email (the site will not accept personal emails).
- Choose a simple, professional username and password that includes 10 characters, a combination of letters and numbers.
- Agree to the acceptable use policy.
- You will receive an email with a link to activate your account - click to activate! If you miss this step, you may not be able to create, comment on, or like posts.
You’re in! You’ll notice the login button in the upper right of the site has changed to an avatar indicating that you are logged in.
Remember your username and password for future visits. If you need support, contact CI.ty@involve.ai.
Edit your profile
Once you are logged in, click your avatar and choose Settings. This is where you can edit everything from your avatar image to your password.
- You will land on the My Profile tab. In this section, choose an image of yourself, or an image that represents you, and share whatever amount of information you feel comfortable adding (industry is a good one as it will allow others in your industry to seek you out).
- In the Settings tab, you can update your email notification preferences and whether badging and information about you are visible.
- And in the Password tab you can… reset your password! 😄

Explore
Once you’re logged in, the Classroom (aka Involve 101 Trainings) will familiarize you with Customer Intelligence and the involve.ai platform. If you are an administrator or data lead, visit the Library’s Admin and Data Lead Resources section, particularly the Customer Journey. The Townhall will show you what we’re building in our product roadmap. And there are several community forums in the Cafe where you can engage with other daily users or project owners to bat around ideas for setting up and using involve.ai.
