Interpreting the involve.ai Customer Health score - Ranges and trend

In involve.ai’s Customer Health Data dashboard, the involve.ai Customer Health score shows as a percentage. These percentages indicate the level of likelihood that a customer will behave in a certain way.  Below is a breakdown of health score ranges and associated predictions:

 

0 - 24%      High Churn Risk

25 - 44%    Medium Churn Risk

45 - 54%    Caution / Watch

55 - 74%    Healthy / Likely to Renew

75 - 100%  High Growth Potential / Likely to Expand

 

Additionally, to the right of your health score, you can see whether health score has increased or decreased since the last data pull (data pulls at a cadence determined by your organization, usually daily or weekly).  The change in score is indicated by a + or - sign and the percentage increase or decrease to the score. If the score has not changed, it will show as a zero.
